In times of great uncertainty, a better understanding of one’s coping strategies and tools goes a long way in managing one’s responses to any unsettling situation.

Entrepreneurs, especially those in the risky business of building tech startups, are no strangers to crises and uncertainties. Challenges are present when building teams, designing and launching products, and managing finances to sustain business operations. Some founders come out winning while others do not fare well.

Resilience vs Burnout

In today’s COVID-19 reality, we invite you to a conversation on mental resilience for startups:

• How do you become mentally and emotionally resilient while dealing with the difficulties created by COVID-19 disruptions?

• As a business leader with access to the right coping tools, how do you ensure that you give the same support to your employees?

Our speaker is Dr. Raymond John “RJ” Naguit: a registered nurse, medical doctor, and community development graduate student. He is the National Chairperson of the Youth for Mental Health Coalition and a public and mental health consultant at the Institute for Politics and Governance.
