Ernest L. Cu | President & CEO, Globe Telecom

Renato M. Jiao | President & CEO, Globe Telecom

Renato Jiao is the Head of Human Resources at Globe Telecom -- he joined Globe in June 2010.

Mr. Jiao 30+ years of experience in general management and leveraging leading-edge technologies, processes, and human capital for competitive advantage. He is a seasoned HR practitioner with 20+ years of experience in multi-functional HR practice areas. Also, he has held various significant positions in Procter and Gamble (Philippines), Inc. and Procter and Gamble Asia Pte, Limited. Before joining Globe, he was President of IBM Business Services, Inc.

Mr. Jiao earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Philippines.

Minette B. Navarrete | Vice-Chairman and President, Kickstart Ventures

Minette Navarrete is Vice-Chairman and President of Kickstart Ventures, Inc. She is a member of the Ayala Corporation’s Innovation Advisory Council, and of Globe’s Innovation Advisory Board. She is a Senior Vice President at Globe Telecom, focusing on New Business, and a member of the Board of Directors of AdSpark, Globe’s digital advertising subsidiary.

Minette has held CEO/COO positions in various industries, ranging from Philippine startups to iconic global companies. Before joining Globe, she was Philippine Managing Director of online game publishing startup, Level Up! She previously served as Levi Strauss & Company’s Country Manager for the Philippines and Guam; and President & CEO of Shangri-La Plaza Corporation. She cut her teeth in global FMCG giants, Unilever and L’Oréal.

Minette holds a Bachelor of Science, Major in Management Engineering, from the Ateneo de Manila University.
