INNOVATION AS A HABIT

We’ve consumed a lot of content on innovation e.g. articles, books, videos, workshops, etc. but more often than not, we end up thinking, “what’s next?” How do we actually institutionalize the bedrock of innovation — curiosity and creativity — in ourselves and inside our organizations naturally?

The good news: our speaker, Scott D. Anthony, will enlighten us.

Scott will share with the startup community how each of us can innovate everyday as part of our daily routine. In his latest book, “Eat, Sleep, Innovate,” Scott and his co-authors have written in plain language “a practical guide for building a culture of innovation where behaviors that drive innovation’s success come naturally.”

Scott has been on the frontlines of innovation — he’s seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of people and organizations building a culture of innovation. He is a sought-after advisor of entrepreneurs and enterprises on growth and innovation.

Also, he is not a stranger to the local startup ecosystem — he first met the young #startupPH community as Kickstart's speaker for its Sep 2012 Kickstart Startup Mixer, the forerunner of Raid The Fridge.

WHY ATTEND?

  • If you’re interested to find out the playbook in making innovation a daily habit for yourself, for your team, or for your organization. Scott and his “Eat, Sleep, Innovate” co-authors used groundbreaking research in behavioral science for their “innovation as a habit” playbook.

  • If your organization — big or small — is seeking to build a culture of innovation where curiosity and creativity are the norms for employees.
