J.P. Ellis | Co-Founder & Group CEO, C88 Financial Technologies
Private equity executive turned fintech founder, J. P. runs one of Southeast Asia’s largest fintech companies, C88 Financial Technologies, which owns and operates the largest “O2O” consumer financial websites in Indonesia and The Philippines.

C88’s digital properties are licensed, fully-transactional financial supermarkets, serving millions of customers across loan, card, deposit, mortgage, insurance, and investment verticals.

J. P. is also a founder of the Indonesian FinTech Association, and co-leads its insure-tech and digital KYC work groups. [c88fin.com]

Dexter Ligot-Gordon | Co-Founder & CEO, Kalibrr
Dexter is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Kalibrr, a fast-growing talent recruitment platform. He leads product development, business development, and customer engagement.  He has extensive background in public systems development, workforce policy, and politics. [kalibrr.com]

Prior to joining Kalibrr, he authored San Francisco's Strategic Plan for Workforce Development, and previously served as the Chief of Staff for a large enterprise departments for the City and County of San Francisco.  

Dexter also has served on the Board of the University of California Board of Regents, and has consulted for Federal, State and Local government agencies in the United States on building strong workforce systems.
