Henry is a member of Ashoka’s Global Leadership Group. His perspectives on societal issues are uniquely influenced by “The Changemaker Effect” – a term he coined to describe the democratization of leadership as a key driver of social change. He served as the COO of the 2008 “Obama for America” Presidential Campaign and subsequently served in the White House as Deputy Assistant to the President for Management and Administration.
